DEFINITIONS AND CONCEPTS
International academic mobility refers to two-way temporary movement of academic community members from one university to another with a specific purpose related to teaching, research, university management or extension.
Incoming academic mobility refers to the efforts undertaken by the university in order to receive students, teaching and research staff coming from other universities in its campus, whether there is formal partnership that supports the initiative or not.
Outgoing academic mobility refers to the efforts undertaken by the university in order to support the participation of students, teaching and research staff in exchange activities, events, competences and international conferences hosted by foreign universities, whether there is formal academic cooperation agreement that supports the initiative or not.
