A typical specific agreement includes the following sections: introduction of the parties; reference to the framework agreement; clauses for student exchange: number of students, period of exchange, requirements, selection of candidates, exemption from tuition, Other financial commitments, System of the receiving institution, Recognition of credits; clauses for faculty exchange: Number of faculty members and exchange period, Requirements, Working conditions, Economic commitments, Duties and responsibilities; other clauses: term, modification, renewal and termination of agreement, responsible; signatures.
