This agreement between Association of Universities Entrusted to the Society of Jesus in Latin America (AUSJAL) and Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU) allows students from member universities to take online courses and study programs at other member university from AUSJAL or AJCU.

Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities – AJCU is an association of 28 member universities. It was founded in 1979. AJCU is a national organization voluntarily integrated by 28 Jesuit universities of the United States. These institutions are related by a common vision and purpose of educating for a faith that does justice. This association facilitates several cooperation initiatives related to the Catholic identity and to the promotion of Ignatian values. It also supports the leadership and development of the distance learning network Jesuit.NET.
