The establishment and development of the Venezuelan State since 1811 is the topic that studies this research area. The idea is to analyze its fundamental aspects: the dimension of politics as expression of social power shown in the legal-political structures, and the institutional dimension developed during the last two centuries including, of course, its legal aspects. The work taking place under this research area fully or partially analyzes aspects that contribute to a historical understanding of this dynamic.
