It includes research on institutional characteristics such as the following.
· UCAB Image: understanding how the higher education category is positioned and more specifically, how the UCAB brand is positioned on this category in order to assess and develop strategies on the image and the messages to be promoted by the institution to keep a robust and consistent positioning.
· Educative Climate at Caracas and Guyana Campuses: perception of the undergraduate students about the educative climate offered by UCAB at its campuses of Caracas and Guayana. This study considers the full university perception by the students, which is determined by physical aspects, structural, personal, functioning and cultural aspects of the institution.
· Alumni satisfaction level: assessment of satisfaction level by alumni graduated from UCAB – Campus of Caracas – regarding services and benefits offered by the university and identification of actions to improve the satisfaction level of alumni.
