The dynamics of the current technological context has stimulated a new communicational paradigm that demand constant actualization on the possibilities and tools for informative use as well as the creation and enrichment of digital and electronic quality resources without space or time limits. This research line gathers programs of documental information systems and digital communication, areas that complement each other on the search for an integral communicator capable of managing tools for digital documentations in order to produce quality contents on the network. It is necessary to acquire new competences in order to efficiently and effectively relate with information.
