This research area is dedicated to the study of quantitative indicatiors’ behavior associated to academic success defined as academic performance, utilization, performance, prosecution, lagging and drop-off from study programs at college. It is also expected to fully understand the relation among some characteristics of the institution, the students, and the academic performance as a result of this relation. Suggestions for a more effective value that the simple average of high school grades for the new students of 2008-2009 or the career choice and professional prestige: data and reflections or level studies for preview execution of students from the University Introduction Course in the language and numerical areas or historic study of academic performance at UCAB (1990-2008) or attributive variables study associated to academic performance.
